Refund & Return Policy

At BrowsbyWilly, LLC, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for all of our customers. Please review our refund and return policy below:  

Physical Items 
 -Once your package has been handed over to the carrier (i.e., USPS/DHL), Browsbywilly, LLC is no longer responsible for the package if it is missing, lost, damaged, or broken.  

 -If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file an online claim.  

 -Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their item(s) to report and initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.  

Digital Products
- All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.  Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once they have been accessed or downloaded.
